Ready to run your own shop floor?  Urbiana is an independent jewellery brand in the heart of East London, and we're looking for a confident, self-motivated Store Manager to lead our Brick Lane store during the week.

This is a role with real ownership.  From Monday to Friday, the Store Manager will run the store independently, so every customer experience, beautiful display and great sales day will be down to you.

What the Store Manager will do:

• Open, run and close the store independently, keeping it looking its best.
• Give every customer a warm, personal experience and help them find the perfect piece. Drive sales and share the stories behind our jewellery
• Manage stock, deliveries and visual merchandising
• Handle tills, cash-ups and daily reporting
• Share customer insights and ideas to help Urbiana grow

What Urbiana is looking for:

• Proven store management and sales experience
• Confident working on your own and making decisions
• Are organised, reliable and calm on busy days
• Love people, independent brands and the energy of Brick Lane
• Retail experience in jewellery or fashion is a plus.
