Starting Summer 2026, The Fashion Jewellery Showroom has an entry-level opening for a Showroom Assistant to join the team in Hoxton / Hackney, London.

The main focus of the Showroom Assistant role will be sample management, showroom visual merchandising, and showroom admin.  This will include organising the jewellery showroom and archive, curating collections, and supporting the day-to-day running of the office.  This can be a multi-dimensional role, also involving supporting the team with meetings, trend forecasting, mood boards, research, and product development. 

Responsibilities of the Showroom Assistant:

• Organising the showroom and categorising new products
• Curating collections to be archived and stored
• Assisting the London team with day-to-day tasks
• Trend/catwalk research
• Assisting in developing mood boards
• Assisting with product development

What The Fashion Jewellery Showroom is looking for:

• Retail & Buying or Fashion/Accessories Design-related degree
• Organised and systematic, able to sort large amounts of products and archives
• Efficient and quick to pick up tasks
• Keen interest in fast fashion jewellery on the HIGH STREET
• Strong understanding of current fashion trends, from catwalk to high street to social media; keen to know what’s trending and the next big thing
• Good communication skills
• Flexible and able to deal with constant changes in workflow
• Time management & punctuality
• Hardworking and able to have lots of fun
• Keen interest in buying, production, or wholesale
