About: NAMED collective is an independent ethical fashion label redefining streetwear for a new generation. Rising onto the UK streetwear scene with explosive impact over the last couple of years, NAMED collective has created its own space within the current cultural sphere. Built from the ground up with a fierce community at its core, NAMED continues to elevate and recognise its greater purpose with people driving the brand from both the inside and out. The brand is now looking for like-minded, ambitious individuals to join the quickly expanding collective.

NAMED COLLECTIVE is a London-born fashion brand at the intersection of design, culture and modern commerce - and we've built it differently from the start.

Since launch, NAMED has established itself as the 'rebel kid' of the industry - a brand with a genuine point of view, and a community to match. We create leisurewear in a way that nobody has before. We don't make basics, we make the statement pieces our customer builds their outfit around.

We're rooted in a deep obsession with our community and our customers - over 1.9 million people around the world who don't just follow us, they're part of what we build. We've grown at an average rate of 84% year-on-year over the last 5 years through our ecommerce stores, with particularly strong momentum across the UK and US. We're only scratching the surface of what's possible. The momentum is real.

This is a rare opportunity to join a brand that has already proven itself - where the foundation is strong, the ambition is bigger, and the right people will have a real impact on where we go next.

Reporting to the Senior Designer as our newest Fashion Designer you are design-obsessed with your finger closely on the pulse of the street/fashion branding space and emerging digital trends.

Who you are:

You are a highly creative and product-obsessed designer with a strong point of view, an instinct for what's next and a genuine understanding of our community.
