Stella McCartney is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join the team in London.

The Marketing Coordinator will sit within the global marketing team at Stella McCartney, which is responsible for all marketing initiatives across the brand, worldwide.  They will be responsible for supporting the Head of Marketing in driving marketing initiatives across all categories of the business. This includes – but is not limited to – assisting with the organisation and execution of global marketing initiatives; research and development for future projects, as well as; helping to distribute marketing and communication materials.

The Marketing Coordinator's Mission:

  • Work closely with Head of Brand Marketing, and wider global and regional teams, to deliver a synchronized 360 calendar, ensuring effective cross-channel alignment and successful project implementation. 
  • Collaborate with Creative Services - ensuring team is aware of marketing needs and following up on each brief to ensure the required materials are delivered on time. 
  • Responsible for maintaining key departmental documents (calendars, go-to-market tools for seasonal campaigns et. al.) ensuring effective weekly updates and communication with relevant stakeholders on a regular basis. 
  • Collaborate with the commercial team for wholesale marketing initiatives, building brand awareness and communicating key brand messaging. 
  • Formulate insights into competitor marketing activities. 
  • Assist on post-campaign reports, extracting learnings and recommendations.  

Your Talent:

  • Experience in a similar role which required prioritisation, multi-tasking and management of competing priorities
  • Excellent project planning skills and experience in using project management and planning tools
  • A good communicator with the ability to interface regularly with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to be discreet, confidential and reliable
  • High attention to detail
  • Proactive approach – endeavouring to be a step ahead
  • Resourceful and seeks opportunities to be innovative
  • Ability to apply a logical and analytical approach to work
  • Ability to bring a positive attitude to problem-solving
  • Computer literate, including excellent knowledge of Microsoft packages (Word, Excel & PowerPoint). 
  • InDesign and Photoshop skills are a plus
