We are looking for a driven full-time Sales Associate with a vibrant and independent spirit to achieve and exceed set financial targets whilst providing an outstanding customer service experience.  As a member of Emin & Paul, you will guarantee the warm welcome of clients whilst maintaining operational excellence. 

Responsibilities of the Sales Associate:

• Support with the daily operations of the store
• Participate in an enjoyable work environment for colleagues to ensure sales targets are met and exceeded
• Ensure all paperwork, policies and procedures are carried out efficiently and accurately
• Ensure the customer is at the heart of all operations in-store—customer focus when making all decisions
• Live the brand values and ensure that the store standards set out by the company are maintained

What Emin + Paul is looking for:

• At least 1 year's fashion retail sales experience
• Experience in the retail Industry or similar
• Proven track record of driving sales
• Excellent time management and planning skills
• Strong visual merchandising skills
• Excellent communication skills
• High-level interest in the Emin & Paul brand; passion for style and fashion and retail in general.
• Highly self-motivated & enthusiastic; ability to lead a team and motivate.
• Influential and confident with the ability to deal with people at all levels; ability to build effective working relationships.
• Displays initiative and is creative. Flexible and adaptable
