We’re looking for a highly creative Midweight Digital Designer with a passion for fashion and social media. You’ll be responsible for crafting visually striking, trend-led content that captures attention, drives engagement, and elevates our brand across all digital and social platforms.

What the Digital Designer will do:

• Design bold, fashion-forward creative for social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Facebook, LinkedIn)
• Translate seasonal campaigns, product drops, and brand direction into compelling social-first visuals
• Create a mix of static, motion, and video content including reels, stories, paid ads, and editorial-style assets
• Work closely with marketing, social, and e-commerce teams to bring campaigns and launches to life
• Interpret fashion trends, cultural moments, and competitor activity into relevant, on-brand creative
• Maintain and evolve brand identity across all digital touchpoints while pushing creative boundaries
• Adapt campaign creative quickly for multiple formats, channels, and audiences

What Monsoon is looking for:

• At least 3 years' experience in digital design, ideally within fashion, retail, or a creative agency
• A strong portfolio showcasing social media work with a clear eye for fashion, styling, and visual culture
• Proficiency with Photoshop, Illustrator and After Effects
• Experience with motion design and editing short-form video content
• Strong understanding of social-first design and platform nuances
• A sharp eye for typography, layout, colour, and imagery—aligned with current fashion aesthetics
• Ability to work at pace in a fast-moving, trend-driven environment
• A strong sense of style and awareness of fashion trends, brands, and cultural moments
• A proactive, ideas-led approach with confidence in pitching concepts
• High attention to detail and a passion for visual storytelling
• A collaborative mindset and openness to feedback
