We are looking for a forward-thinking, self-efficient Showroom & PR Assistant with impeccable organisation skills to join us temporarily.  Along with vivacious positive energy and creativity, successful candidates will be valued and important members of the Limitée PR Team.

Daily responsibilities include, but are not limited to, checking email, assisting our team with online tasks, sending the reports to clients, collating press clippings and management, running online campaigns, researching online, etc.

Key responsibilities of the PR & Showroom Assistant:

  • Showroom support and sample management 
  • Tracking samples / send out and returns
  • Press clipping 
  • VIP dressing and loaning 
  • Checking a media press and publication
  • Monitoring social media of magazines
  • Journalist & Editorial research
  • Digital influencer research
  • Press preparation for journalists and magazines
  • Research projects
  • Ad hoc tasking and support team

What Limitée PR is looking for:

  • At least 1 year's relevant experience
  • Proficient with Windows, including Outlook, Excel, Word & PowerPoint
  • Impeccable organisation
  • Proactive approach
  • Attention to detail
  • Articulate and good communication skills
  • Personable, trustworthy & reliable
