Amiah-Rae seeks a dynamic, strategic Brand Strategy Manager to lead the development and execution of our brand positioning, messaging, and market differentiation. 

The Brand Strategy Manager will be crucial in ensuring our brand resonates with customers, supports business goals, and drives long-term growth.  This will include collaborating across marketing, product, creative, and executive teams to craft compelling brand narratives and ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities of Brand Strategy Manager:

• Develop Brand Strategy: Define and articulate brand positioning, vision, and value proposition in alignment with business objectives.
• Conduct Market Research: Analyse consumer insights, competitor positioning, and market trends to inform brand strategies.
• Brand Messaging & Voice: Create and maintain cohesive brand messaging frameworks and tone-of-voice guidelines across platforms and teams.
• Campaign Strategy: Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to ensure brand strategies are reflected in advertising, content, and digital campaigns.
• Brand Architecture: Manage brand hierarchy and product-level branding to ensure clarity and consistency.
• Performance Tracking: Define KPIs and measure brand performance, awareness, perception, and engagement over time.
• Agency & Vendor Management: Lead relationships with external brand consultants, research firms, and creative agencies as needed.

What Amiah-Rae is looking for…

Required:

• At least 3 years' experience in brand strategy, marketing, or brand consulting roles
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
• Proven track record of developing and executing brand strategies with measurable business impact
• Strong understanding of market research, consumer behaviour, and competitive analysis
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills
• Experience managing cross-functional projects and working with creative teams
• Ability to think both analytically and creatively

Beneficial:

• Experience with brand building in a B2B and/or B2C environment
• Familiarity with digital marketing and content strategy
• Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, brand tracking software, and customer insight platforms
• Knowledge of design thinking or innovation methodologies
