Oceanus Swim seeks a motivated, detail-oriented recruit to support both the retail and administrative sides of the business. This is a hands-on opportunity to work and gain experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, working closely with the team on a variety of operational, organisational, and press-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Press & PR:

• Manage and organize press samples
• Support in preparing and sending out press gifting packages
• Track, file, and maintain all sample send-outs and returns
• Help coordinate and attend press appointments
• Liaise with stylists to schedule and support appointments

Administrative Duties:

• Organise and structure the office environment to improve workflow
• Support with general admin tasks such as filing, data entry, inventory tracking, etc.

In-store Support:

• Assist with day-to-day shop activities
• Help maintain store presentation and cleanliness
• Provide basic customer service when required

The Candidate:

• Studying or graduated in Fashion, PR, Communications, or a related field
• Highly organised with a keen eye for detail
• Proactive, hands-on, and willing to learn
• Good communication skills
• Passionate about fashion and eager to work in a fast-paced environment
