Due to exciting new business wins, Grove Communication is recruiting for an Account Manager to be based in our Great Portland Street office in London.

Work alongside the team, the Account Manager will support the Directors in implementing an integrated PR communication strategy, comprising of traditional and digital media, including influencer outreach and events.

Key Responsibilities of the Account Manager:

• Acting as a role model and mentor to the more junior team members
• Nurturing media relationships in the UK, USA and select EU countries
• Liaising with top tier media daily
• Securing a high level of editorial placements by proactively pitching to long-lead, short-lead and digital media
• Developing and implementing paid and organic influencer outreach strategies
• Crafting engaging and informative press releases
• Events organisation and implementation
• Assisting with the management of key accounts and leading day to day communication with clients
• Inspiring team to exceed all client KPI’s across editorial placements and influencer gifting
• Embracing AI fluency and using best practice platforms to create value for clients

What Grove Communication is looking for:

• At least 2 years' experience in a similar role
• A passion for the PR industry and everything celebrity, influencer, fashion and luxury
• A proactive nature, a solution-oriented person, someone who is prepared to work hard and take initiative
• Proficient with Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Great knowledge of, and interest in, VIPs and influencers
• Strong written skills and media awareness
• Extremely well-organised, methodical and efficient with good time management skills
• A positive, can do attitude!

• Good knowledge of how the metrics of Instagram and Facebook work a bonus
• The role reports directly into the Associate Director.
