Crescent Agency is a dynamic Fashion & Lifestyle PR agency based in Piccadilly, London specialising in crafting powerful stories, building strong press and influencer relationships, and creating campaigns that get people talking.

We’re looking for a PR Account Executive who can adapt quickly, take charge of client accounts, and bring fresh energy to our growing team.  This role is perfect for someone who’s hungry to grow, confident in managing accounts, and ready to step into a client-facing position where your ideas and initiative will shine.

What you'll be doing:

• Taking ownership of day-to-day client management across fashion and lifestyle brands
• Building strong relationships with journalists, stylists, influencers, and VIPs to secure standout coverage
• Drafting press releases, pitches, and media strategies that deliver results
• Overseeing sample send-outs, returns, and keeping Crescent’s systems running smoothly
• Planning and executing press days, launches, and activations that cut through the noise
• Reporting on coverage and delivering insights to clients with confidence
• Mentoring and supporting junior team members (Assistants/Interns)
• Adapting quickly to Crescent’s systems and ways of working, showing initiative from day one

What we're looking for:

• At least 2 years' agency or in-house PR experience within fashion, lifestyle, or culture
• Proven ability to manage accounts independently and deliver measurable campaign results
• Strong writing and communication skills, with an eye for detail and storytelling
• Confident building and maintaining media and influencer relationships
• Experience working with international brands and adapting strategies across markets
• Organised, proactive, and quick to learn new systems, processes, and workflows
• Someone who thrives in a creative, fast-paced, and collaborative team environment
