A new opportunity has arisen for a customer service advisor to join a fashion retailer's team. The company is a well-established business specialised in producing high-quality apparel.

What the Customer Service Advisor will be responsible for:

  • Managing customer service enquiries over the phone and e-mail
  • sharing customer feedback with senior management
  • Ad hoc admin tasks that are needed for the team.

What Fashion Personnel is looking for:

  • Experience working in a similar customer service role
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Proactive and enthusiastic.
  • Experience using Zendesk is a plus
