The Role:
We’re seeking a proactive, creative and strategically minded Social Media Manager to lead the growth and visual direction of KOIBIRD and KOI 11’s Instagram and TikTok channels. Working within a small in-house team, the role requires big-picture thinking and hands-on execution, developing platform-specific growth strategies, creating engaging social-first content and managing content calendars to drive meaningful growth and community engagement.
With no online store, our social channels are the gateway into the KOIBIRD universe. We need someone who can turn scrollers into visitors, telling a story that entices people to experience the brand in real life.
You’ll be responsible for developing and implementing platform-specific strategies, building content calendars, and creating engaging, performance-led content that drives discovery, footfall and community growth. From styling videos to campaign teasers and everything in between, you’ll bring fresh ideas to the table—balancing creative flair with data-driven thinking.
Hours: 4 days at our Marylebone office, 1 day WFH
