We’re looking for a junior-to-mid-level Model Manager to help grow and shape the agency’s management division.

The successful applicant will oversee day-to-day relations with our represented models, lead scouting and placements, and help expand our client network.

What you'll do:

• Manage and develop a roster of 60+ models in Mediaslide, maintaining portfolios and progress.
• Scout and sign new talent through submissions and outreach.
• Build and maintain relationships with domestic and international agencies.
• Pitch models to clients, handle options, negotiate bookings and usage.
• Liaise with clients, photographers, and producers throughout projects.
• Support compliance and onboarding, including Fashion Workers Act, contracts, POA, etc.
• Represent RMM professionally in meetings, market weeks, and industry events.
