Enorsia is looking for a full-time Head of Commercial Development to join the team in London.

 We’re looking for a strategic yet hands-on Commercial Head who will:

  • Develop and execute commercial strategy for high street and retail accounts
  • Acquire and manage B2B partnerships with major UK retailers
  • Lead client presentations, negotiations and growth opportunities
  • Build and oversee sales/commercial team structure
  • Collaborate with design and production teams to align collection offerings with market demand

Profile:

  • London-based
  • At least 8 years' experience in fashion wholesale, sourcing, or B2B sales
  • Strong retailer network within the UK fashion market
  • Proven ability to secure large accounts or partnerships
  • Commercially strategic with a leadership mindset
  • Confident in pitching, negotiation and team building
