We’re seeking a Junior Agent / Model Manager to join our growing team in New York.  This person will work closely with Ricky on all aspects of model management — from day-to-day representation and client relations to scouting and development. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily communication between models, clients, and partner agencies
• Oversee scheduling, bookings, and logistical coordination
• Review deal memos, contracts, and usage terms with attention to detail
• Maintain and update model portfolios, development plans, and agency materials
• Scout and evaluate potential new talent for the board
• Support marketing, submissions, and social media initiatives
• Represent the agency professionally with clients, casting teams, and partner agencies

Profile:

• At least 1 year's relevant experience in model management, fashion PR, or casting
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and solution-driven
• Positive, collaborative, and adaptable energy
• Familiarity with Mediaslide or similar booking platforms is a plus
