Fashion Personnel has an exciting opportunity for a talented Assistant Designer to join a well-established outdoor lifestyle retailer on a permanent basis in Milton Keynes.  Renowned for their high-quality, premium products, this brand designs and develops every item in-house—across menswear, womenswear, and accessories.

What the Assistant Womenswear Designer will be doing:

• Assist in designing and developing innovative, stylish, and performance-driven outdoor and travel collections. B
• Be at the heart of shaping the future of the women’s range, using your expertise to create commercially successful pieces that embody the brand’s values, reflect seasonal direction, and meet the evolving needs of their female audience.
• Your ideas will elevate the brand and inspire customers who value the perfect blend of function, comfort, and style.

What Fashion Personnel is looking for:

• At least 1 year's experience within womenswear
• Strong proficiency with Illustrator and Photoshop
• An interest in outdoor wear/activewear is a plus

You’ll also enjoy hybrid working, with one day a week from home plus flexible start and finish times.
