About: Bagista is a leading destination for authentic, pre-loved luxury handbags, specialising in Hermès, Chanel and other iconic brands. We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Admin / E-Commerce Assistant to join our growing team.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone eager to gain hands-on experience in the luxury resale industry. Full training will be provided, making this role ideal for a motivated individual with a strong work ethic and a keen eye for detail.

Bagista has an entry-level opening for an E-Commerce & Admin Assistant to join the team in Knightsbridge, London.

The successful applicant will be involved in the day-to-day operations of Bagista, working closely with our team across admin, stock and e-commerce functions.   Priority daily responsibilities will include setting up and closing the store, ensuring all operational standards are met. 

Key Responsibilities of the E-Commerce & Admin Assistant:

  • Day-to-day administrative support
  • Handling email correspondence and managing incoming telephone calls in a professional and timely manner
  • Stockroom organisation and inventory management
  • Assisting with authentication processes
  • Quality control checks on incoming and outgoing items
  • Uploading, managing and maintaining product listings across e-commerce platforms
  • Ensuring all product information is accurate and up to date
  • Managing and updating spreadsheets; Excel skills are essential
  • Supporting the wider team with operational tasks as needed
