NN.07 is looking for a full-time Retail Supervisor to join the team in Covent Garden, London.

As a key member of the team, the supervisor will lead by example on the shop floor to foster a positive, efficient team environment, deliver exceptional customer experience, and drive sales, all while supporting the store manager with daily operations.

Key Responsibilities of the Supervisor:

• Assist in the daily management and operation of the store
• Lead and motivate the team to achieve sales targets and uphold brand standards
• Deliver exceptional customer service and build lasting client relationships
• Support in visual merchandising and stock management
• Handle transactions, reporting, and ensure compliance with store policies
• Act as a key holder and take on supervisory responsibilities in the manager's absence

What NN.07 is looking for:

• A minimum of 1 year's experience in retail
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Customer-focused with a keen eye for detail
• Passion for menswear and an understanding of the NN.07 aesthetic
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed
• Retail experience in premium or fashion brands is beneficial
