An exciting opportunity has arisen for a detail-oriented and proactive Garment Technologist to join a trend-led womenswear manufacturer based in Hertfordshire.

The Garment Technologist will play a key role in ensuring the quality, fit, and performance of the garments from development through to production.

Key Responsibilities of the Garment Technologist:

  • Manage garment fit sessions and provide clear technical feedback.
  • Review and approve samples, ensuring consistency with specifications
  • Create and maintain technical packs and size specifications
  • Liaise with suppliers and manufacturers to resolve technical issues
  • Ensure products meet quality, safety, and compliance standards

What Fashion Personnel is looking for:

  • Experience in a supply-side garment technologist role
  • Strong knowledge of garment construction, fabrics, and fit
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Confident communication and ability to work cross-functionally
