Fashion Personnel is looking for a proactive, detail-orientated recruit with a technical background and experience in sustainability and compliance for a growing sportswear brand, to support its design and supply chain teams.

This role is 5 days per week at their Glasgow head office.

Key Responsibilities of the Garment Tech & Compliance Coordinator:

  • Support compliance processes, including documentation, testing, and audits
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure products meet regulatory standards
  • Assist with risk assessments and product testing
  • Provide administrative support across the supply chain
  • Work closely with suppliers and internal teams to resolve issues

What Fashion Personnel is looking for:

  • Compliance experience in a product-led environment.
  • Strong organisation and attention to detail
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Confident communicator and collaborative team player
  • Experience within sportswear or athleisure is a plus
