Glassworks is a fast-paced, trend-led womenswear brand with a strong ecommerce business and growing retail presence.  Our operations team plays a critical role in ensuring product flows seamlessly from the warehouse to the customer.

Glassworks is looking for a highly organised, detail-driven Stock & Fulfilment Coordinator who'll be responsible for ensuring stock accuracy, efficient order fulfilment, and smooth day-to-day operations across systems and physical inventory.

The successful applicant will coordinate day-to-day stock movement and order processing across both ecommerce and retail channels.  This is a hands-on operational role at the core of the business, supporting a growing ecommerce operation alongside retail stores.

Key Responsibilities of the Stock & Fulfilment Coordinator:

  • Manage daily ecommerce order fulfilment, ensuring accuracy and speed
  • Monitor and maintain stock accuracy across systems and physical inventory
  • Coordinate stock movement between warehouse and retail locations
  • Support goods-in processing and stock allocation
  • Identify and resolve stock discrepancies
  • Work closely with retail and ecommerce teams to ensure smooth operations
  • Support ongoing improvements in fulfilment processes and efficiency

What Glassworks is looking for:

  • At least 1 year's experience in stock control, fulfilment, or operations
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
  • comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where priorities can shift quickly.
  • Highly organised with the ability to prioritise workload effectively
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
  • Confident using systems (Shopify or similar is a plus)
  • Proactive, reliable, and solutions-focused
