Glassworks is looking for a Stock & Fulfilment Operative to join the team in Haggerston, London.

As our Stock & Order Fulfilment Operative, you’ll be at the heart of our warehouse operation in Haggerston — taking ownership of how our stockroom runs day-to-day. From receiving deliveries to picking and packing orders, you’ll play a key role in keeping everything accurate, organised, and running smoothly.

This is a hands-on role within a small, friendly team — ideal for someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys having real ownership over their space.

Work Pattern Details:

• Hours: 40 hours per week (5 x 8-hour shifts)
• Shift window: Monday–Sunday, between 7 am and 8 pm (weekends required)

What the Stock & Order Fulfilment Operative will be doing:

Stock Management & Organisation

• Maintain a clean, organised, and easy-to-navigate stockroom
• Receive deliveries and carry out quality control checks
• Organise and store stock accurately
• Support stock takes and inventory accuracy
• Process returns and ensure items are correctly logged and handled

Order Fulfilment:

• Pick, pack, and dispatch customer orders with care and accuracy
• Ensure orders meet brand presentation standards

What Glassworks is looking for:

• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Reliable, punctual, and proactive
• Comfortable with hands-on, physical work
• Enjoys working in a small team environment
• Experience in a stockroom, warehouse, or similar role preferred (but not essential)
• Basic familiarity with systems or spreadsheets is helpful, but not required
