About: We are the people of Sahara. We are unconstrained.  Our adventurous spirit leads us beyond the High Street to destinations lesser known. For clothes that mean more. That add to the story of our lives. We are unique. Try and pin us down, it doesn’t work. Label us and it won’t stick. We believe that demographics divide, age is just a state of mind and body type is what each one of us sees in the mirror. We are leaders. Visionaries in our own right. Creative, passionate - and only ever underestimated once.

As Sahara continues to expand its creative output, the business is seeking a Shoot and Ecommerce Assistant to join the team in London.

The successful applicant will work closely with both the Creative Shoot Producer and Stylist and Ecommerce team, playing a key part in the planning, coordination, and execution of both campaign and e-commerce shoots, supporting the delivery of high-quality imagery that reflects Sahara’s distinctive brand identity, as well as supporting administrative Ecommerce activities.

Sahara is a design-led British fashion brand where visual storytelling is central to brand and commercial success. With weekly shoots forming a core part of the business, this role is integral to ensuring product, samples, and logistics are managed seamlessly.  While the position sits within the creative function, it has a strong operational and stock management focus, requiring a highly organised and hands-on individual.

Overview of the Role

The Shoot and Ecommerce Assistant supports both the Creative and Ecommerce teams, ensuring the smooth delivery of photoshoots and online operations.

Tuesday to Thursday, the role focuses on supporting the Creative Shoot Producer and Stylist across all stages of the shoot process, including sample coordination, shoot preparation, on-set assistance, and post-shoot organisation. This includes managing high volumes of stock, ensuring accurate tracking, movement, and returns.

On Mondays and Fridays, the role supports the Ecommerce team with administrative tasks such as processing refunds, uploading product measurements, and maintaining accurate product information on the website.

Working cross-functionally with Creative, Warehousing, Merchandising, Design, Buying, and Production teams, this is a fast-paced, hands-on role requiring strong organisation, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
