About: Astley Clarke is a fast-growing British demi-fine jewellery brand that bridges the gap between trend-led costume jewellery and classic fine jewellery.
Astley Clarke is looking for a Social Content Associate to join the team in London.
Reporting directly to the Brand & Marketing Manager and working closely with the wider marketing team, the Social Content Associate will own the content calendar, run community management, and be the creative engine behind both our organic presence and our paid ad creative pipeline.
Suitable applicants will be just as comfortable building a paid ad creative as they are filming a Reel – half of your time is paid social content for Meta Ads, half is organic social across Instagram across two brands.
Key Responsibilities of the Social Content Associate
Paid Content:
Own the paid creative pipeline for Meta Ads across both brands. You're testing constantly - formats, copy angles, hooks, visuals - and feeding what you learn back into your next brief. Performance matters here as much as aesthetics.
Create and iterate ad creatives across static, video, and Story formats
Source and manage creator content for paid use, including securing usage rights
Keep paid and organic learnings connected — the two channels should sharpen each other
Organic Social & Content:
Run day-to-day organic social for both brands - primarily Instagram. Astley Clarke and Edge of Ember have distinct voices and customers. You execute both with care and don't blur the line between them.
Plan, produce and edit content: feed posts, Stories, and Reels - consistently and to a high standard
Own the content calendar, always planned ahead and ready for review
Community management — responsive, on-brand, and attentive to what the audience is saying
Stay across platform trends and bring proactive proposals, not just execution
Brand Partnerships & Shoots
Support the broader brand operation - partnerships, photoshoots, and creative production. This keeps you connected to the full marketing picture, not just your own channels.
Help source, coordinate, and execute brand partnerships and influencer collabs
Assist on photoshoots: sample prep, on-set support, and content capture
Support graphic design and creative production needs as required
What Astley Clarke is looking for…
Experience & Key Skills:
At least 2 years' experience creating social content, particularly for Instagram.
Proven paid social experience creating and optimising content in Meta Ads Manager
An understanding of what works to drive engagement and sales in paid social.
Strong video editing skills.
Comfortable behind and in front of the camera.
Experience sourcing, briefing, and managing UGC - you know how to get authentic, brand-right assets - and how to secure usage rights properly.
Up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices, particularly in the luxury fashion/jewellery space.
Ability to organise and juggle multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality control for all content.
