New Lobster is looking for a full-time Wholesale Marketing Assistant to join the team in London.

Key Responsibilities of the Wholesale Marketing Assistant:

• Upload all imagery to relevant platforms and brand portals.
• Shoot wholesale product stills in-house each season
• Assist with writing product copy across each season.
• Maintain and build relationships with our wholesale partners, ensuring they have all the information surrounding imagery and product information.
• Support with our B2B selling platform to ensure all products are displayed to a premium standard (experience with NuOrder, Brandboom, or Joor would be good but not required as training will be provided).
• Support with day‑to‑day wholesale marketing operations and shoot preparation.
• Uphold and communicate expectations around photoshoot standards for our different wholesale partners.
• Maintain detailed and up-to-date records of all sample movements and ensure database accuracy by monitoring the movement of items using Excel / Google Docs.
• Report any issues with returns or missing items loaned to partners/press and support investigations.
• Maintain a tidy, organised fashion cupboard.
• Assist with showroom setup, unpacking, steaming and VM concepts.
• Organise logistics for samples to shoots, press call-outs and wholesale partner requests.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences.
• Assist the marketing team with mood boards and concepts for shoots.

What New Lobster is looking for…

Required:

• At least 1 year's experience in marketing.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot trends and insights that can enhance wholesale marketing strategies.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.

Desirable:

• Marketing experience within wholesale, B2B, or fashion sectors.
• Experience working with AI-assisted imagery.
