As an Event Assistant at Locus Secret, you’ll play a key role in delivering immersive, high-quality experiences.  This will include supporting the planning, setup, and execution of events, ensuring every detail contributes to a seamless and engaging atmosphere for guests.

Key Responsibilities of the Event Assistant:

• Assist with event setup and breakdown, including décor, props, and technical elements
• Support the on-site coordination of events, ensuring schedules run smoothly
• Welcome and guide guests, helping maintain the immersive environment
• Work closely with performers, creatives, and production teams
• Handle logistics such as materials, equipment, and inventory
• Troubleshoot minor issues during events with a calm, solution-focused approach
• Ensure health & safety standards are followed at all times
