As the first point of contact for our customers, the Mail Order & Customer Service Manager will play an essential role in delivering a warm, attentive and seamless experience, while supporting the day-to-day running of our orders. This is a hands-on position within a small, dedicated team, offering a unique insight into the inner workings of an independent fashion brand.

Based at our north London studio, you will be involved in both customer service and order processing.  The Mail Order & Customer Service Manager will be expected to approach approach each task with care, efficiency and a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities of the Mail Order & Customer Service Manager:

• Acting as the first point of contact for customer enquiries via email and telephone
• Order processing, packing and dispatch
• Coordinating shipping and courier arrangements
• Supporting the office team in the smooth day-to-day running of the studio
• Assisting with a variety of ad hoc tasks as needed
