Fashion Personnel has partnered with a fast-growing activewear brand to hire a Product Developer & Garment Technologist. This is a hands-on role with ownership across development, fit, and production in a high-growth environment.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a brand in strong growth with real ownership and impact.

What the Product Developer & Garment Technologist will be doing:

  • Develop on-brand, performance-led activewear from concept to production
  • Create detailed tech packs and technical sketches in Adobe Illustrator
  • Lead fit sessions (digital & physical) and manage all fit/tech approvals
  • Work closely with suppliers to manage development, sampling, and timelines
  • Oversee the critical path to ensure on-time product launches
  • Partner with buying and logistics to support production and delivery

What Fashion Personnel is looking for:

  • Experience in product development and garment technology
  • A strong understanding of fit, construction, and fabric performance
  • Activewear/Sportswear is a plus
