The E-Commerce Operations Executive will be working for the high-growth womenswear brand Sisters & Seekers within a creative and visionary team, all striving towards taking the brand to the next level. We are based near Chester but have a global reach with customers all over the world.

This position is a full-time role based in the office through Monday to Friday, with the opportunity to immerse yourself in the lively Sisters & Seekers team, experience staff and community events, and if you’re camera ready, to be a part of our viral TikTok videos!

The E-Commerce Operations Executive will own the operational integrity of the website and continuously improve customer journeys to drive conversion.  With a critical focus on how the site works, how customers move through it and where to remove friction.

Key Responsibilities of the E-Commerce Operations Executive

Site Content Integrity (BAU Excellence):

• Own accuracy of:
  • Product content
  • Imagery
  • Messaging across the site
• Conduct regular full-site audits to ensure:
  • No incorrect or outdated content
  • Seasonal relevance is maintained

E-Commerce Service Desk Ownership:

• Manage the eCom Service Desk process, including:
  • Logging requests from all departments
  • Prioritising tasks
  • Ensuring timely resolution
  • Act as the central point of coordination for site updates

Publishing & Validation Process

• Execute all site updates with a zero-error mindset
• Own the double-validation process:
  • Pre-publish checks
  • Post-publish verification
  • Ensure all changes meet brand and quality standards

Journey Analysis & Optimisation:

• Monitor and report on:
  • Key customer journeys (e.g. landing → PDP → checkout)
• Use tools such as:
  • Heatmaps
  • Session recordings
  • Analytics
• Identify friction points and propose improvements

Site Enhancements Support

• Identifying site improvement opportunities
• Implementing enhancements (e.g. UGC, UX tweaks)
• Help maintain a backlog of improvements

What Sisters and Seekers is looking for:

• 2 years' e-commerce experience
• Hands-on experience managing product listings, including uploads and updates on ecommerce platforms.
