Glassworks is looking for a highly driven, proactive, organised Marketing & PR Assistant to join the team in London.

Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing & PR, the successful applicant will support execution across the full marketing function, including email, social media, PR, campaigns and brand communications, keeping everything running on time and on brand.  This is not a passive support role.   

The successful applicant will own their workstreams, hit your deadlines and be measured on output quality and consistency.  If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love fashion and want broad hands-on exposure across a growing independent brand, this role was made for you.

Responsibilities of the Marketing & PR Assistant:

  • Build and schedule all CRM communications, including weekly new-in emails, VIP access sends, flexible campaign emails and SMS
  • Support social media scheduling and community management across TikTok, Instagram and Pinterest, maintaining consistent brand tone of voice across all platforms
  • Assist with PR outreach, press loan coordination, influencer seeding and relationship tracking
  • Draft marketing copy for emails, social captions, website updates and in-store materials
  • Own the Asana marketing calendar, keeping tasks current, deadlines flagged and ownership clear at all times
  • Coordinate the flow of copy, creative assets and briefs between the internal team and our freelance paid media agent
  • Support campaign activations and event logistics, including supplier briefing and asset coordination

What Glassworks is looking for:

  • At least one year's experience in a marketing, PR or communications role.
  • Familiarity with social media scheduling tools and email marketing platforms.
  • Strong written English with a natural feel for brand voice and a sharp eye for detail.
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
  • Proactive by nature, you identify what needs doing and do it without waiting to be asked.
  • A genuine interest in fashion and the Glassworks brand.
  • Marketing, PR or communications experience within ecommerce or a consumer brand is a plus.
  • Experience with Klaviyo is a plus.

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Email execution: all CRM sends are delivered on time and to a consistently high standard
  • Social consistency: content scheduled and published on time across all platforms
  • Asset coordination: briefs and assets delivered to stakeholders within agreed timelines
  • Calendar management: Asana marketing calendar kept current and accurate at all times
  • Copy quality: marketing copy drafted to a standard that reflects the Glassworks brand voice
