Paul Smith is looking for a part-time Sales Consultant to join the City of London's Team, working Wednesdays to Fridays.  Our Bow Lane shop, located on a narrow street in the City of London, opened in 2019. Nestled on one of the oldest surviving lanes, it is known for its charming shops and cosy cafés.

What the Sales Consultant will be doing:

• Deliver the Paul Smith sales ceremony: greet, discover, propose, close, and follow up.
• Build authentic relationships through curiosity and attentive listening.
• Bring collections and collaborations to life through engaging storytelling.
• Create memorable, above-and-beyond experiences that drive loyalty and repeat business.
• Meet and exceed personal sales targets, contributing to overall store performance.
• Take ownership of stock processes, including deliveries, transfers, and returns.
• Maintain impeccable visual merchandising standards and housekeeping.
• Use in-store technology confidently to enhance the client journey.
