An established online ladies' fashion brand with ongoing expansion has an exciting opportunity for a Merchandise Admin Assistant to join their busy merchandising team, working alongside merchandisers in a fast-paced environment to manage production and orders.
The role of Merchandising Admin Assistant:
Working closely with our Merchandisers and Supply Chain team to provide support with data entry and general administrative duties
Daily communication with our factories in the Far East
Create Items and raise purchase orders using Business Central ERP
Maintain critical paths to ensure orders are on time, escalating delivery issues to the relevant Merchandiser and Senior Merchandiser
Ensuring general housekeeping is completed to maintain the accuracy of the order system
Supporting outer teams in relevant tasks or ad hoc duties
What Tagged Resources is looking for:
Graduated, due to graduate or at least 1 year’s experience in a similar role
Strong communicator, both verbal and written
Excellent administrative and organisation skills
Able to prioritise tasks and effectively manage your own time
Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
