A Vintage Fit is looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Brand & Operations Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis in west London.

This is a hands-on, all-rounder role supporting across customer experience, marketing, PR, and day-to-day operations, with the opportunity to grow into a full-time role.  This is an ideal early-career opening for those with some exposure to a brand environment and who are looking to grow within a company.

The role of Brand & Operations Assistant:

• Providing customer service across email and social media
• Supporting with PR and influencer communication, including inbox management and basic coordination
• Assisting with campaign preparation
• Supporting with product sends and PR logistics
• General day-to-day admin support

Vintage Thread's Requirements:

• At least 1 year's experience in a fashion brand or similar environment
• Experience using emails and Shopify
• Organised and proactive
• Be confident in communicating a clear, brand-appropriate tone
• Flexible working across operational and creative tasks
• Attention to detail
• Interest in fashion and branding
