Giannina Capitani is bringing all production in-house and setting up a micro knitting factory in east London. We are looking for a skilled linker — whether a knitwear graduate or someone with equivalent experience to join our small, dedicated team.

The successful applicant will be responsible for linking garments and accessories as part of our monthly production schedule, with the freedom to organise their own hours around their life.

What the Knitwear Linker will be doing:

• Link all garments and some accessories, working to monthly production targets
• Plan and manage your own time in line with agreed production schedules
• Maintain high standards of finish and attention to detail across all pieces

What Giannina Capitani is looking for:

• At least one year's hands-on experience using Complett or Exacta linking machines
• Understanding of knitwear garment construction
• Ability to manage your own workload independently
• Excellent attention to detail
• A Knitwear degree or relevant qualification is a plus
• Experience working in a knitwear factory or similar production environment is a plus
