Under the umbrella of Sabre Retail Fashion Limited (which owns Mint Velvet), we are launching a new fashion brand and looking for a highly creative, hands-on Social & Content Creator to own its entire content ecosystem. This is an all-in role for someone who can concept, shoot, edit and post across our social channels. You will create content that builds engagement and follower growth, and look to continuously improve our social and content performance.
The Social & Content Creator will be instrumental in shaping the brand voice and visual identity from day one, with support from the wider Marketing team.
What the Social & Content Creator will be doing…
Content Creation & Production:
Conceptualise and facilitate the production and post-production of engaging short-form videos and stills, with a primary focus on TikTok and Instagram
Plan and execute all content shoots whether it be UGC, behind-the-scenes or lifestyle
Own content calendar and ensure consistent posting cadence
Maintain strong visual identity aligned with the brand direction
Participate in and contribute to creative brainstorming sessions focused on developing messaging and content for key brand initiatives
Edit short form videos with quick turnarounds, ensuring high-quality content is delivered under tight deadlines
Social Media Management:
Manage all social channels end-to-end
Write captions and optimise posts for engagement and growth
Monitor and report on the latest trends and innovations in social media and content creation to keep our strategy fresh and relevant
Engage with our community through comments, DMs, and influencers
Build our influencer strategy, with support from our Head of Marketing, to ensure we are showing up in all the right places
Performance & Reporting:
Track and report on performance (engagement, growth, conversion, etc.
Use insights to refine and adapt the content strategy
Test formats, hooks and creative approaches
Marketing Support:
Support wider brand marketing initiatives and launches
Assist in briefing paid ads (creative direction and messaging/hooks)
Collaborate with founders on campaigns and storytelling
What you'll have:
Excellent knowledge of TikTok and Instagram, with a clear understanding of content best practices on both platforms
Comfortable and confident appearing on-camera when needed to present, showcase products, or engage with followers
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work well in a team environment, take creative direction, and integrate feedback effectively
Confident in pitching new, innovative content ideas that align with the brand
Relevant Experience creating fashion content, with an eye for visual storytelling and aesthetics
Ability to demonstrate creative flair
Can-do attitude and an entrepreneurial spirit
Excited by start-up environments
Ability to plan and prioritise your time proactively, working under pressure and to deadlines in a dynamic environment
