Due to continued growth and increasing demand, Til Design Studio are expanding our Design team and is looking for a talented Junior Ladieswear Designer to join our fast-paced and dynamic business based in south west London.

As a leading UK supplier specialising in fast-fashion womenswear, we are seeking commercially minded designers with a strong creative vision, excellent trend awareness, and a passion for fashion.

Key Responsibilities of the Junior Ladieswear Desginer:

• Research and identify the latest fashion trends through social media, catwalks and retail analysis.
• Attend regular inspirational shopping trips to generate fresh ideas and concepts for key retailers.
• Create trend boards, CADs, and detailed tech packs.
• Assist in designing seasonal capsule collections and developing key shapes.
• Attend design and product meetings.
• Collaborate closely with the wider team to support product development from concept through to production.

What Til Design Studio is looking for:

• Experience in womenswear design.
• Good understanding of jersey fabrics and garment construction.
• Commercially aware with strong trend forecasting skills and a passion for fashion.
• Excellent CAD skills
• Strong proficiency with Illustrator and Photoshop
• Proficient with macOS
• Strong commercial portfolio demonstrating awareness of high street and fast fashion trends.
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple deadlines.
• A degree in Fashion Design is a plus
• Knowledge of graphic and print design is a plus
