About: At our core we are a brand created for real women, by women, who own their identity and femininity. A cult status fashion brand founded by the then 17 year old Conna Walker, we now have a huge online presence, multiple stores in the UK and USA and concessions in Australia.

House of CB is a global fashion brand celebrated for its empowering, feminine designs and statement-making silhouettes. With a cult following built through powerful visuals, trend-defining campaigns, and a bold social media presence, we’re continuing to grow our team with people who share our passion for fashion, creativity, and excellence.

We’re looking for a product developer to join the team in London.  The successful applicant will lead the technical garment process behind House of CB’s collections, ensuring our product is as beautifully constructed as it is designed.

Sitting within our Product Development team, the Product Developer will own the garment tech process from sample through to bulk production.  With a strong focus on fit, construction, and finishing, the Product Developer will be especially close to bra cup development — a defining element of the dresses and tops at the heart of our range — working hand in hand with Design, Buying, and our suppliers to deliver consistent, premium quality.

Key Responsibilities of the Product Developer:

  • Lead the end-to-end garment technology process, from initial samples through to production.
  • Own block development and maintenance to ensure consistent fit across the range.
  • Manage bra cup development across dresses and tops, ensuring fit, support, and finish meet House of CB standards.
  • Troubleshoot production issues, working with suppliers to resolve fit, construction, and quality challenges.
  • Manage finishing standards across collections, protecting the premium feel of the product.
  • Partner closely with Design, Buying, and suppliers to deliver product on time, on quality, and on brand.

What House of CB is looking for:

  • At least 5 years' product development or garment technology experience in fashion, ideally in womenswear.
  • Strong technical garment knowledge across fit, construction, and finishing.
  • Hands-on experience with bra cup construction and bust-focused silhouettes is a significant advantage.
  • Confident managing suppliers and resolving production issues.
  • Highly organised, able to manage multiple styles and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborative communicator who works well across Design, Buying, and supply chain.

Why join House of CB?

Be part of a brand where product quality is a real point of pride, and where the technical craft behind our dresses and tops is core to what makes House of CB feel like House of CB. You’ll have the ownership and the platform to make a tangible difference to how our product looks, feels, and fits.
