We’re looking for a TikTok-native social media expert to lead House of CB’s presence on the platform and help define how our brand shows up in the most influential corner of fashion culture.

 Sitting within our Marketing team, you’ll own the TikTok strategy and execution end-to-end — from content ideation and posting cadence to creator briefs, trend hijacking, and growth. You’ll be plugged into TikTok culture daily, with a sharp instinct for what will resonate with our community and drive both reach and conversion.

Key Responsibilities of the TikTok Social Media Manager:

  • Own TikTok strategy and the day-to-day content calendar, ensuring a consistent flow of platform-native content.
  • Develop creative content ideas rooted in TikTok culture, trends, and audio.
  • Manage posting cadence and react quickly to opportunities to keep House of CB in the cultural conversation.
  • Brief, manage, and build relationships with creators and influencers aligned to the brand.
  • Track performance and report on key metrics — follower growth, engagement, views, and conversion to site.
  • Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Creative, and E-Commerce teams to align TikTok with brand and commercial priorities.

 
What House of CB is looking for:

  • At least 3 years' social media experience with strong, demonstrable expertise on TikTok.
  • A genuine TikTok native — you live on the platform and understand what makes content travel.
  • Experience in fashion, beauty, or lifestyle brands strongly preferred.
  • Confident creator and editor of short-form video content.
  • Strong understanding of how to brief and collaborate with creators.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, trend-driven environment with multiple priorities.
