We’re looking for an Instagram-obsessed social media expert to take ownership of House of CB’s Instagram presence and help shape the next chapter of our brand storytelling on the platform.

Sitting within our Marketing team, the Instagram Social Media Manager will lead day-to-day strategy and execution across feed, Stories, and Reels.  The successful applicant will be the driving force behind how our community experiences House of CB on Instagram — from product launches and campaigns to trend-led moments and behind-the-scenes content.

 Key Responsibilities of the Instagram Social Media Manager:

  • Own the Instagram content calendar across feed, Stories, and Reels, ensuring a consistent flow of high-impact, on-brand content.
  • Write captions that capture the House of CB tone of voice — confident, feminine, and culturally aware.
  • Monitor platform trends, audio, and creative formats, translating them into ideas that elevate our brand.
  • Manage community engagement, building meaningful connections with our audience and responding in line with our brand voice.
  • Track performance against KPIs (reach, engagement, growth, conversion) and use insights to inform the content strategy.
  • Collaborate closely with the wider Marketing, Creative, and E-Commerce teams to align Instagram with brand and trading priorities.

 
What House of CB is looking for:

  • At least 3 years' social media experience, with a strong focus on Instagram in a brand or agency setting.
  • Deep understanding of the platform — formats, algorithm shifts, and what makes content perform.
  • Experience in fashion, beauty, or lifestyle brands strongly preferred.
  • A sharp creative eye, with the ability to spot trends early and turn them into culturally relevant content.
  • Confident copywriter with a feel for tone of voice and audience.
  • Highly organised, comfortable juggling multiple campaigns and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
