The Box is a premium event space specialising in exclusive fashion sample sales featuring leading brands across apparel, accessories and homewares, including Issey Miyake, Christopher Kane, Joseph and many more.
As the business continues to grow and The Box heads into a busy summer period, we are looking for reliable, detail-oriented Till / Cashier Assistants to join our expanding team.

Contract Period:

• Summer seasonal roles with potential for ongoing opportunities for the right candidates.
• Shifts are primarily scheduled Thursday–Sunday, with hours varying depending on event requirements.

Key Responsibilities of the Till / Cashier Assistant:

• Process customer transactions quickly and accurately using the point-of-sale system
• Provide friendly and efficient customer service at the checkout
• Answer customer queries regarding pricing, promotions and payment methods
• Maintain a clean, organised and efficient till area
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth and enjoyable shopping experience

What The Box is looking for:

• Cashier or point-of-sale experience
• Strong numerical skills and excellent attention to detail
• Confident communication and customer service skills
• Ability to remain calm and efficient in a fast-paced environment
• Weekend availability
• Experience using Shopify is a plus
