We’re looking for a highly organised Junior Project Manager with media agency or digital publisher experience, who thrives in a fast-paced environment, to join our busy commercial team. The ideal candidate will be proactive, reliable and solutions-focused, with a strong commitment to delivering excellent client service and ensuring projects are executed seamlessly from start to finish.

You’ll be working on advertising campaigns and partnerships across all SheerLuxe brands and lifestyle categories, collaborating with multiple internal stakeholders across the business. Working closely with account managers and directors, you’ll support the end-to-end delivery of campaigns – from initial booking through to execution and post-campaign reporting – ensuring everything runs smoothly and to a very high standard.

It’s a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment, where attention to detail, organisation and a willingness to go the extra mile are key. You’ll be expected to stay on top of multiple projects at once, communicate clearly with internal teams and senior members of the business and ensure campaigns are delivered in line with client expectations.

The role of Junior Project Manager

This position will be responsible for taking full ownership of delivering booked media partnerships, working collaboratively with internal teams to bring campaigns to life.  The successful applicant will work closely with the editorial team across multiple projects at once and will be the main point of contact during the approval process for all direct brand campaigns.

The Junior Project Manager will look after all live online campaign analysis for direct brand bookings, providing detailed insights and reporting to clients on their campaigns.  The successful applicant will have responsibility for the set-up of SheerLuxe display advertising campaigns, whilst also working to campaign deadlines and delivery expectations.  This Junior Project Manager will also support the implementation of other third-party tracking tools for campaign optimisation and reporting. 

What Sheerluxe is looking for:

• A minimum of 2 years' industry experience.
• A love for all our brands and supplements at SheerLuxe, with a real understanding of us as a media producer
• Working knowledge of display advertising, namely a deep understanding of third-party tracking, buying modalities and technical specifications.
• Key to this role is attention to detail, an ability to work well under pressure where you are juggling multiple high-value briefs and an aptitude at prioritising your workload to ensure you deliver in a fast-paced business.
• Organised and a great communicator – able to work with all members of the team and various stakeholders.
