About: At Rolling In Roses, we create contemporary bridalwear for the modern woman — luxuriously slow fashion, crafted sustainably and ethically in York. As a multi-award-winning brand, we are proud to offer a deeply personal, elevated bridal experience that celebrates individuality, confidence, and conscious design.

Rolling In Roses is looking for a passionate, intuitive and style-driven individual to join our team in a unique hybrid role combining bridal styling and creative marketing support.

This is an opportunity to become the face of the brand on Saturdays in our York boutique, while also contributing creatively behind the scenes during the week.  The successful applicant will lead all bridal appointments on Saturdays, delivering a thoughtful, warm and highly personalised experience for every bride. Alongside this, you’ll support our marketing with beautifully written content and creative input across digital platforms.

Working Arrangement:

  • Hybrid working: Remote flexibility during the week
  • Boutique-based: Required in York for 3 Saturdays per month

Responsibilities of the Marketing Assistant & Bridal Stylist

Marketing & Creative:

  • Write blog posts, newsletters, and real bride features
  • Translate client testimonials into engaging, on-brand content
  • Schedule and curate Pinterest content
  • Assist on editorial photoshoots where required

Bridal Styling:

  • Host each bride and her guests with warmth, tact, and ease
  • Deliver a level of service that feels luxury, but never performative
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience in line with our brand values
  • Confidently communicate detailed knowledge of our designs, fabrics, and processes
  • Offer styling guidance, fit advice, and alterations insights
  • Create a calm, inclusive and welcoming environment for every bride
  • Act as the first point of contact and an ambassador for the brand
  • Prepare and maintain the studio to the highest standard

What Rolling In Roses is looking for…

Required:

  • Not only highly capable but deeply aligned with our values and vision.

  • Passionate about bridalwear, fashion, and personal styling
  • Deeply aligned with sustainability, ethics, and slow fashion
  • You believe in inclusivity, individuality, and body autonomy—not as trends, but as values
  • Highly organised, self-motivated, and able to manage your time effectively
  • A strong writer, able to adapt to a polished, elevated brand tone of voice
  • Enthusiastic, proactive, and excited to contribute creatively to a growing brand

Desirable:
