Sheerluxe is looking for a talented, highly creative Social Producer to join the growing social and video team in London.

This is an exciting, newly created opportunity for someone with at least 2 years' experience in social content, video production, or digital publishing who is passionate about content, storytelling, and the ever-evolving social landscape.

Working closely with our social and video teams, the Social Producer will be responsible for ideating, filming and editing engaging social-first content across SheerLuxe’s platforms, as well as supporting the delivery of commercial campaigns for some of the world’s leading fashion, beauty, lifestyle and luxury brands.

Responsibilities of the Social Producer include:

• Generating creative, social-first content ideas across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts and emerging platforms
• Filming and editing engaging video content for SheerLuxe’s social channels
• Creating social content around editorial shoots, events, talent, brand partnerships and wider business activity
• Working closely with our video team to maximise opportunities from SheerLuxe’s long-form content and translate it into compelling social assets
• Supporting the development and execution of commercial campaigns, ensuring content is both creatively strong and platform-native
• Staying up to date with social trends, platform updates, creator activity and audience behaviours;
• Identifying new opportunities, formats and content styles that will help grow and engage the SheerLuxe audience
• Contributing to content planning and creative brainstorming across the wider social team.

What Sheerluxe is looking for:

• At least 2 years' experience in a social content, video production or digital media role
• Strong filming and editing skills, with experience creating content for social platforms
• Immersed in social media and understands how audiences are consuming content today.
• Strong instinct for what makes people stop scrolling, watch, save and share, alongside a genuine curiosity for emerging trends, formats and platform developments.
• Spends as much time understanding why content performs as they do consuming it.
• Understands the nuances between platforms, is excited by the evolving relationship between creators, publishers and brands, and constantly spots new formats, trends and opportunities before they become mainstream.
• Excellent knowledge of Instagram, TikTok and YouTube
• A strong understanding of social trends, creator culture and evolving audience behaviours
• A creative thinker with the confidence to bring new ideas to the table
• Strong visual instincts and a keen eye for premium content
• Organised, proactive and comfortable working across multiple projects
• Passionate about fashion, beauty, lifestyle and culture.
• Most importantly, someone who is curious, ambitious and excited by the opportunity to help shape the future of social content at SheerLuxe.
• Experience using Adobe Premiere Pro is a plus
• Experience using mirrorless cameras is a plus
