A Vintage Fit is looking for an organised, proactive, detail-oriented Brand Operations Assistant to join the team in London.  This is a role perfect for someone who enjoys keeping things running smoothly and enjoys the nature of working within a small business.

The role of Brand Operations Assistant:

  • Responding to customer emails and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Managing day-to-day Shopify tasks and order queries.
  • Assisting with general admin and maintaining spreadsheets.
  • Supporting with daily operational tasks.
  • Helping with returns, exchanges and customer resolutions.
  • Assisting with stock and product-related admin.
  • Supporting the team with ad hoc tasks and projects

What A Vintage Fit is looking for:

  • Customer service email experience.
  • Familiar with Shopify and Google Sheets.
  • Excellent written communication skills.
  • Is highly organised.
  • Proactive and enjoys problem-solving.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Loves fashion and would be excited to be part of a growing brand.
  • Enjoys variety and wants to grow alongside the business.
