Ro&Zo is looking for a highly organised, proactive, creative Social Media & Influencer Marketing Executive who's confident in turning ideas into content to join the team in London.
Reporting into the Brand Marketing Manager, the Social Media & Influencer Marketing Executive will play a key role in bringing the Ro&Zo brand to life across social media and influencer channels.
The Social Media & Influencer Marketing Executive will be responsible for creating engaging content, managing our social platforms, building relationships with influencers and helping drive brand awareness through creative storytelling.

Key Responsibilities of the Social Media & Influencer Marketing Executive
Social Media:
Manage the day-to-day scheduling and publishing of content across Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn
Create engaging short-form content for social channels, including filming, editing and publishing
Support the planning and execution of the social content calendar
Monitor social trends, platform updates and emerging content formats
Assist with community management and audience engagement
Analyse content performance and provide regular reporting and insights
Identify opportunities to grow reach, engagement and follower growth
Content Creation
Capture and create content for social media across product launches, campaigns, events and behind-the-scenes moments
Edit content using CapCut, Canva and Adobe Photoshop
Support with campaign shoots, content days and ad hoc content creation
Brainstorm creative content concepts aligned to brand objectives and social trends
Influencer Marketing:
Research and identify relevant influencers, creators and brand advocates
Manage influencer gifting outreach and communication
Build and maintain strong influencer relationships
Keep influencer databases, contact lists and reporting documents updated
Track influencer activity, content delivery and campaign results
Support the execution of influencer events, brand launches and community activations
Events & Brand Activity
Support the planning and delivery of influencer events, brand activations and press events
Attend events where required to capture content and support execution
Assist with general brand marketing initiatives and campaign launches
What Ro&Zo is looking for…
Required:
A minimum of 1 year's experience in a social media, influencer marketing or content role
Passionate about fashion, social media, influencer culture and emerging trends
Experience using CapCut, Canva and Photoshop
Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn
Confident in creating and editing content for social-first platforms
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing brand environment
Proactive, creative and full of ideas
Strong understanding of what makes engaging social content perform
Beneficial:
Experience working within a fashion, beauty or lifestyle brand
Experience using social scheduling and reporting tools
Comfortable appearing in content when required
Existing relationships within the influencer and creator space
