Criminal Damage is looking for a creative, technically strong Menswear Graphic Designer with a sharp eye for trends and the ability to think beyond the obvious to join the team full-time in Whitechapel, London.

The successful applicant will create original visual concepts for apparel, accessories, and marketing campaigns in line with Criminal Damage's brand identity, while managing multiple projects simultaneously, meeting production deadlines, incorporating feedback from key stakeholders, and maintaining a high standard of quality.

Day-to-day responsibilities of the Menswear Graphic Designer:

• Developing graphics and layouts.
• Preparing artwork for print and digital channels.
• Collaborating with marketing, product, and e-commerce teams to deliver cohesive creative assets.
• refining and updating existing designs.
• Participating in seasonal collection development.
• maintaining consistency across all branded materials.

What Criminal Damage is looking for:

• Passion for streetwear graphics and menswear.
• Professional graphic design experience creating original visual concepts for apparel and related brand materials.
• Experience designing menswear graphics
• Strong proficiency with Illustrator and Photoshop for print and digital artwork production.
• A keen eye for trends and the ability to translate them into fresh, commercially relevant graphics.
• Confident in creating graphics that align with brand guidelines while still bringing creative flair.
• Excellent time management with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• A good understanding of print and embroidery techniques.
• Research and Art Direction support to the team.
• Support in promotional visuals for web and sales.
• Menswear graphic design experience in streetwear, lifestyle and sportswear is a plus.
