ASOS is looking for a Junior Model Booking Assistant to join the team in London.

As a Junior Model Booking Assistant, the successful applicant will provide essential administrative and operational support to the ASOS Model Booking Team.  The team books up to 30 models per day, casts up to 100 potential models per week and works with over 100 suppliers globally.  Working closely with Bookers and the wider production team, the Junior Model Booking Assistant will support the coordination of model bookings, castings, and daily studio activity – acting as a reliable point of contact for models during their bookings, while completing the administrative tasks that underpin a high‑volume production environment.

This is a fast‑paced, hands‑on role that requires excellent organisation, clear communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure – ideal for someone looking to develop strong administrative and operational experience within a fashion and studio setting, with opportunities to learn about model booking, production workflows, and industry processes.

What the Junior Model Booking Assistant will be doing:

  • Providing day‑to‑day administrative support to the Model Booking team to ensure the smooth running of casting and booking operations.
  • Supporting Bookers with optioning and booking models for all ASOS shoots (approximately 30 bookings per day).
  • Preparing and maintaining booking documentation, including call sheets, confirmations, booking reminders, lunch codes, and internal booking communications.
  • Greeting and checking in models at the head office and supporting the coordination of daily studio schedules.
  • Acting as a point of contact for models during bookings, ensuring they are informed, supported, and where they need to be.
  • Maintaining accurate and up‑to‑date records within the booking system, including model and agency profiles.
  • Managing and updating department shared folders to ensure information and assets are well organised and easily accessible.
  • Supporting the creation and upkeep of online model portfolios and internal model packages, ensuring materials are clearly presented and regularly updated.
  • Supporting the planning, organisation, and follow‑up of castings, including preparing casting lists, updating databases, saving imagery, and managing casting wardrobe.
  • Confidently running casting days, using your strong understanding of the ASOS direction and maximising the potential of each model we see.
  • Assisting with pre‑booking requests for models, such as arranging appointments with agencies or communicating specific instructions.
  • Providing on‑site support during shoots to assist with organisation, communication, and general production needs.
  • Supporting our culture by championing Diversity, Equity & Inclusion strategies.

What ASOS is looking for:

  • Strong organisational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Clear and professional communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
  • A proactive and reliable approach, with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Confidence working with systems, databases, and shared documents.
  • A collaborative mindset and willingness to support team objectives.
  • An interest in fashion, production, or studio operations, with enthusiasm to learn.
  • The ability to adapt quickly and work effectively in a changing environment.
  • Relevant transferable experience in administration, coordination, or support roles.
