Initially London seeks a Textile Design or Embroidery Graduate with a passion for machine embroidery and a flair for design to take on a new client-facing role in an exciting new retail project.

This role offers an opportunity for individuals with a passion for embroidery and a desire to work in a friendly retail setting rather than an industrial one to create memorable design experiences for shoppers in one of London's most dynamic retail centres. This will be an engaging environment where embroidery excellence meets creative event execution.

The location is in a busy retail setting and will require weekend work.  The working days and hours are Saturday 10-7, every other Sunday 12-6, Monday 10-7 and Tuesday 10-7.

What Initially London is looking for:

• Experience with machine embroidery
• Happy to assist clients with design.
• Strong organisational skills
• Excellent communication skills for liaising with clients and team members
• Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively under pressure
• Fluent spoken and written English
• Friendly and outgoing
• Happy to work under time pressure to deliver embroidered goods on a while-you-wait basis.
• Experience with Wilcom software is a plus.
