Role Summary

The Junior Digital Assistant Business Partner will assist in commercial reporting and analysis for digital channels within the business.

Responsibilities of the Junior Digital Assistant Business Partner:

• Key Finance support across digital business channels
• Provide commercial analysis to support stakeholders to drive performance
• Support Digital Senior Business Partner in budgeting and forecasting process
• Key contact for all regular reporting requirements of the business and the owner of financial data and associated relationship with IT
• Work closely with business customers to identify and address forecasting risks and opportunities
• Track results of business trading decisions and prompt actions
• Support and enhance the design and preparation of stakeholder communications
• Manage and refresh business reporting and build new reporting where required
• Contribute towards continuous efforts to improve information integrity and consistency
• Provide financial / system training to key stakeholders
• Work collaboratively within finance and with key stakeholders
• Ad hoc deliverables that support departmental or business objectives
